For small events that either briefly leave the church campus or in which students stay overnight at the church (TNT, Friday Night Hangouts, Lock-In, etc.), please use the Branch Minor Event Permission Form and Waiver.

For large events that leave the Houston area for a period of days or require extended stay in homes or facilities other the student's own (Youth Camp, Retreats, Mission Trips, Disciple Now), please use the Branch Major Event Permission Form and Waiver.
